You may be wish to drive a RIB, have bought your first sports boat or need a certificate to drive a powerboat up to 10m - if you can answer yes to any of these questions then this internationally recognised two day course is for you. 

The Powerboat Level 2 is also known as the National Powerboat Certificate and provides the skills and background knowledge needed to drive a powerboat and is the basis of the International Certificate of Competence.

It is the most popular powerboat course and can be used commercially (you need also: medical certificate, first aid certificate, a VHF licence, the RYA sea survival or STCW95 and PPR course completion certificate - all of which you can take with us).

Our courses are run in tidal areas on a planning RIB and your certificate is endorsed accordingly.

Notes: The minimum age for this course is 12. Candidates under the age of 16 will be issued with an endorsed certificate. We only run this course for under 16’s if the parent or guardian is also taking the course.
