Yachtmaster Fast Track – Module 3 Motor

Our Fast Track MCA / RYA Yachtmaster Motor Module 3 is designed for:

  • Those who have a lot of sea miles in non-tidal areas such as the Mediterranean and are looking for Yachtmaster Offshore (Motor) Certificate of Competence (CoC)

  • Those who have little (or no) mileage and wish to get their MCA Yachtmaster Coastal (Motor) CoC

OPTION A – Zero to MCA / RYA Yachtmaster Coastal in 5 weeks

Join us for 5 weeks for great, cost effective hands on training to take your skills to the level needed for Yachtmaster Coastal. We use a Island Gypsy specially converted for school use, but include all the latest electronics to ensure that you are: fully up to date; experience navigation in wide ranging conditions giving you the experience required to not only pass the MCA CoC but also make a good captain.

OPTION B – Tidal experience for experienced non-tidal skippers and crew, leading to MCA / RYA Yachtmaster Offshore (Motor)

Joining us for either 4 weeks this module is designed for those who have spent a number of years working on yachts in the Mediterranean and now wish to gain their Yachtmaster qualification. (Pre-experience is a minimum of 1250 non-tidal nautical miles)

If you have limited theory knowledge then we suggest completing Yachtmaster Theory before taking the 4 week module. This can be completed either on-line with our great interactive course, or you would join us for an extra week in our classroom doing the theory before you start the practical part of the module.
