If you live, or if you wish to operate a boat commercially, in the Canary Islands then you need to register her under the Spanish flag.

If you plan to use her commercially then it will be under list 6 i.e. 6a-TE-1-1-09, and if it is just for pleasure then it would be under list 7 i.e. 7a-TE-1-1-08.

There are a few exceptions:

1. passing through the Canaries;
2. over 15m LOA
