Thanks Janet.  It was a great week and I thought Lee was the best.  Please pass my best regards to young Chris.  And tell him that it will be good to have a naval officer who is really useful on a yacht!!  Clive (yachtmaster offshore)

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Club Sail, I found them to be both friendly and professional, Lee, our instructor was both informative and patient, with out his guidance I doubt if my goal would have been achieved. Thank you all. Bob (yachtmaster offshore)

Our instructor; Jim Phillips was excellent. His naval background was advantageous, providing more general knowledge of the sea than an ordinary yachtsman, as was his engineering/mechanical skills which came in useful during the week. He was easy going but thorough when needed. An all round good team leader who I would happily sail with again, particularly if I was on a course which required more input. On a personal note Jim was an absolute gentleman and I feel he would appeal to any female sailors (lovely eyes etcetera)
Janet as always was very efficient in putting a suitable crew together for the yacht. Being a single female traveler I am usually cautious over male/female traveling companions. Once again this wasn’t an issue here and I think we got on rather well.
Using the Dymo Labeling Gun is an excellent idea, marking the various points; halyard kickers & so on was helpful.
Will keep in touch with the rest of the crew to find out how they get on. I'll be back next time i get some leave (october/november), will keep checking website just in case of anything interesting between now and then. thank you for all you help.

Dear Andy & Janet,
A quick note to thank you for arranging the taxi for us on Sunday. It was on time and got us to the airport in style.
We dropped Oleg in Bordeaux yesterday morning - he intended to hire a car to drive to Strasbourg and thence to Berlin and Moscow. Paul, Diane and I got to Portsmouth this morning so all's well.
Finally, my thanks for so readily accommodating us on board for free when our flights were cancelled - you were the only organisation that didn't seem to be engaged in wholesale profiteering from the crisis. Well done!

Thanks for an enjoyable two weeks, the mile builder in week 1 was excellent, good winds and plenty of miles covered, week 2 yachtmaster prep and more important passing my YM offshore made it all worth while.
