Club Sail moved to the small fishing harbour of Las Galletas a couple of years ago.  We took the decision to move once new Marina del Sur was completed.
With its new buildings and pontoons its a great place to be - away from the noise and dust of our old base of San Miguel.
 
At the end of your day's sailing the fishermen are just starting their's!  In the morning you can watch them bring there catch to the local fish market beside the road where it has been for generations.  A complete world apart from the tourist areas of the west coast of Los Christianos and Las Americas.

Our base is ideally located by the southern tip of the Tenerife - so is ideally located to explore both the eastern Canary Islands of Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Furtventura; or west to La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro.

When the winds are from the prevalling north-east we are perfectly located, south of the Wind Accelaration Zone but with a great F4 for palying around in.
