I have been asked a number of times about this.  As our yachts are all Spanish registered in order to comply with Spanish law for commercial boats, and we are also members of the RYA, we have to comply with both UK MCA and also Spanish requirements.
The requirements are very similar but in Spain the yachts have to have an MOT: including being lifted out of the water to have the hull inspected, engine, fire extinguishers, electrics, first aid equipment et al.
Our boats, and also the school, is also inspected every year by the RYA as part of Club Sails recognition.
Finally as members of the MLA and BMF we also have to comply with their rules.
There are differences between the regulations: for example we have 3 First Aid boxes: a Day Kit, UK MSN kit and Spanish kit.
